    Slow wooden oar. Droplets form
    expanding ringlets.

    Tiny white doilies
    drift and disperse, only to
    melt effortlessly.

    Orca breach revealed
    by sudden spurts, breathing sighs
    into silent mist.

    Gentle massive ice.
    Feet startled by throaty crack.
    Why does this soothe so?

    Spiderman, Spiderman,
    Does whatever a trover can
Searches the web for the prize
Looked for the spider and the butterfly
    Look Out!
    Here comes Spiderman.

    Is she strong?
    Listen bud,
She's got treasure in her blood.
Can she post on every thread?
    Take a look overhead
    Hey, there
    There goes Spiderman.

    Spiderman, Spiderman
    Friendly forum goer Spiderman
    Wealth and fame
    She's ingnored
    Puzzleing is her reward.

To her, life is a great big puzzle book,
Wherever there's a state park to look,
    You'll find her, Spiderman.

Ladyhope - did you say "8 kid feeding"!?!?
Wow - that thought just drained my brain of any creative thought I might have had...

so bye, bye to the ATT tribe
we were smokin' for a token, doing our 5 by 5's
we should have thought to try to send Mike a bribe
saying "give a solve to clue 3 or die", "give a solve to clue 3 or die"

Did you write the Book of Trove, and would you have faith in the Trees above, if the clues tell you so...

And do you believe in fairies and elves, can tokens save your financial self, and can you teach me how to cipher real slow?

Well, I know that you've been trovin' with him but with eleven tokens gone, your chances are slim...

You've kicked off your hiking boots, man I dug round those roots

I was a hopeful trover it's true, with an anagram solver and three number 2's, but I knew I would be blue, the day the tokens slid...

    Away from me...

very nice, you kept the rhythm of the guitar in "American Pie," perfectly; this forum is certainly getting your creative juices flowing and making me a loyal fan of your prose. Very, cool.

Well, he started it! ha ha

Thanks as always for the kind thoughts. Seeing how I wasn't too great at treasure hunting, I am happy to hunt for words instead!

    Nice pick-up!

I was wondering if that little tidbit fit in with this thread, but you ran with it in a very cool way.

Your poem from the other thread (dated today) was very nicely done as well, thank you for sharing; keep hunting those words!

You had me singing your chorus out loud, so I knew somebody HAD to run with it... What a classic. Thanks for the nice words about the other thread, too. Come join us! You seem ready made for that thread.
