## Having Trouble applying Alpha Grid to pg 44 for solution

I've tried utilizing a 5x5 Alpha grid (i and j in same box) to decipher the Dragon Fly solution on Pg 44 as the founder of the token said was done to find 'Ricketts Glenn'. I'm having trouble i've tried both ways using the veins on the leaves. Someone please post the solution here. Thank you. (I can't even get the solution when i know the answer)

I know the feeling!! try this... make your grid w/ A-Z,minus the Q. I think you read the leaves as if you'd look at them...I'm trying to say tip pointing up, as you'd hold a leaf to look at it. Count the number of veins on each side as they will give you the cordinates for the grid. Even after the posting of the solution, I still had to give it a try or two! I hope this helps!

It works. Start with the leaves at the top and work your way down. The tip of the leaf just shows which side is the row and which is the colum. Make a grid as below:

1 2 3 4 5
1 A B C D E
2 F G H I J
3 K L M N O
4 P R S T U
5 V W X Y Z

Then count the lines on side of the leaf to get the corresponding letters. For example the first leaf has 4 lines on the left of the tip and 2 on the right so your coordinates are 4/2 (row/column) or an R. Hope this helps.

People keep talking about this 5x5 grid. and i just dont get it.
we are doing this whole thing very visually (group of artists!! what can i say) and the logic behind this grid strategy i think is over my head.
can someone kindly explain it?
