the first thought that may crop up is the difference between the Sleeping Beauty and the Cinderella.. well, it turns out that..

"Cinderella Castle was inspired by a variety of real and fictional palaces. These included Fontainebleau, Versailles and the châteaux of Chenonceau, Pierrefonds, Chambord and Chaumont, as well as Castle Neuschwanstein, Bavaria, the Alcázar of Segovia Castle in Segovia and also the Moszna Castle in Poland which was built in the 18th century, in addition to the Tyn Church in Prague, Czech Republic, which was built in the 14th century. The chief designer of the castle, Herbert Ryman, also referenced the original design for the castle in the film Cinderella and his own well-known creation — the Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland in California.[1]"

    Thanks HT-

I was aware of the Neuschwanstein connection to the Disney castles, albeit right now its just coming to light why. When I was in college I had worked on a project which involved settings and places and the setting I chose to work on, for some "reason" (!), was the Neuschwanstein castle. I worked on it for several months, it was never resolved but I continued to work on it anyway.

The son of Parzifal- perfect. I had a feeling the castle theme might go in that direction.

When I think back on the dream now and try to visualize the character with the sword, I can't get the figure from image 4 LRB out of my mind.

I wrote the above post to you, from Howard Johnson’s motel in Hershey, PA. I was attending a family reunion. Later in the day, a local family member suggested that we check out a huge antique store, called “The Black Swan”. The image below, is the only Mason-related object that I saw there, out of the many tens of thousands of items. Check out the end of the serial number 816.

Not only that, but there was a buffalo nickel right above it. Earlier in the day, I had found a buffalo nickel in my change (can’t remember the last time that had happened),

Caught that and thought at first you were posting Black Swan in response, but I guess it was just a (p)response instead!

Thanks HT. If I get a chance later, I'll try to recover a few of the BI-SON previous posts.

Something I was looking at the other day, from Fandango, are the border words "raise the WIND" and raising (advancing) each letter in WIND by 1 gives

X-JOE. (from the +Joe in your post)

    ,,,,,,,,,,,

Incidentally, the Philley in your posts, reminds me of a CD audio book I just finished - "The Rule of Four" - which is centered on a mysterious (historically real) text called Hypnerotomachia Poliphili. It was published by Aldus (of the famous dolphin and anchor symbol).

Not really related in any direct way to Maranatha (except perhaps in the "4") , but you might enjoy it.

Missing michaelr, tom o' bedlam, synchronicity, and the rest.

    Happy Easter,
