    MPowers,

I found my old post on ATT regarding the signing. Not sure if it will be helpful. It seems like forever ago. I miss those days. God,I hope this thing gets solved.

    Here ya go:

I just returned from the book signing in Tampa. It was awesome! Although MS got lost trying to find the place, it was really incredible to meet him and hear him tell the story.
I asked him if you needed to use clue #3 to solve clue # 4, he rubbed his eyes and said I was pushing him into a corner. If I understood correctly, he said that clues 4 and 5 solved(along with the book) would give you the Rusful location. As for clue #3 it still counts but is not necessarily relevant to Rusful.. "as in helpful"(his words)
I also asked him if Rusful and any future tokens have already been placed or if he was hiding them as he went along. His answer was "let's just say that the whole hunt was planned from the beginning".
It was truly amazing to hear him discuss the hunt. He was great about answering questions(most of them anyway) signing books and taking pictures.
One last thing, he said that if museums etc. get tired of displaying the jewels then "in all likelihood"(he wanted to make sure that phrase was posted)that he would turn over the jewels to the finders before the end date.

    Hi again-

My purpose for asking him the clue 3 question was to try to find out if we "needed" clue 3 solved in order to solve clue 4. I don't recall the dastardly clue 4 being used for the the Rusful solution but then again, I don't recall that full solution(method) ever being posted. It still bugs me.

Have you tried comparing clue 4 to a map of Anastasia?

Yeah, that's interesting. If I remember right...

Fall 2004 - Release of ATT

    June 1, 2005 - release of Clue 3
By then 1 - 2 tokens had been found, with most being found over the summer.

November, 2005 - Booksigning in a few locations in Florida

If a token was hidden in Florida for Clue 3, it wouldn't have been at this time, but maybe he used the occasion to check on it. Would he have visited again on the Literacy Day in September 2005?

I seem to remember that book signing tour was just limited to Florida.

No, not really, I've been assuming that clue 4 is for Zac (maybe the Pacific Northwest?)
